Whether you're starting or looking to elevate your practice, we offer various programs and trainings with different fees, each co-created to address specific needs.

II. Client Responsibilities:

To maximize the benefits of our coaching and training programs, clients are expected to actively engage in the process. This includes transparent communication about your aspirations, challenges, and values. Be ready to participate in goal-setting exercises, embrace accountability, and provide feedback. Our coaching services and training programs have different fees, presented accordingly during the initial consultation. Payment is typically processed in advance, with flexibility for customized arrangements as needed.

Each program and training may have different cancellation and refund policies, presented along with the associated fees during the initial consultation. Generally, cancellations should be communicated at least 48 hours before a scheduled session. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the unique circumstances leading to the cancellation.

All materials provided during coaching sessions and training programs are for the client's personal use and development. The intellectual property rights remain with the brand "Jovan Medrano", and clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing materials without explicit permission.

VII. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate coaching services or training programs with reasonable notice. Any fees paid in advance for unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the specific terms associated with the program or training.

While every effort is made to ensure the effectiveness of our coaching and training programs, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes but commit to providing a supportive environment for your growth and development.
